Associate Litigation Attorney

Overview

Nursing Home Abuse Litigation role in Phoenix, AZ. This position focuses primarily on nursing home abuse cases within a national law firm.

Location:

Phoenix, AZ (Biltmore area); the office will be moving to Paradise Valley in summer 2026.

Schedule:

Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Salary: $125,000 – $165,000 per year (base starting at $125k/year, with potential increases based on experience).

We are working with a national law firm that is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join their Phoenix office. This position will be focusing primarily on nursing home abuse cases.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in personal injury, ideally with experience in nursing home abuse.
