Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ experience in residential conveyancing to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Manage an average of 25 new files per month with support, or 18 files independently.

Handle high-quality residential conveyancing work supported by a loyal client base and trusted referrers.

Work with onboarding and post-completion teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Potentially supervise or train a dedicated paralegal when assigned.

Contribute to the growth of the property department within the expanding, CQS-accredited Residential Property Law team of 28 professionals.

Uphold high standards of client care and communication.

Requirements:

Solid experience in remote work within law firms.

Ability to work effectively without supervision.

Demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and confidence in high-pressure environments.

This position is fully remote, with preference given to candidates experienced in remote law firm work.
