Litigation Attorney -Part-Time - Hybrid​/Remote

• Assist with complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts in Connecticut and business bankruptcies throughout the United States.
• Draft motions, discovery, pleadings, and trial materials.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
• Work closely with lead attorneys.
• Assist with client contact.

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school.
• Member of the Connecticut Bar and eligible for admission to U.S. District Court.
• Demonstrated Superior legal research and writing skills.
• Drive to advocate for others.
• Prior experience with business reorganizations under Chapter 11 and/or complex commercial litigation.

• Flexible full-time or part-time hours.
• Experience with complex, sophisticated legal matters.
