Seeking Full Time Paralegal. Established mid-size Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a full-time Paralegal with Personal Injury law experience. Flexible work schedule and the ability to work from home one day per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Personal Injury law.

Job Type: Full-time

• Answering Interrogatories with clients
• Answering Requests for Production of Documents
• Gather Documents
• Scheduling Depositions
• Scheduling expert exams
• Calendaring events
• Filing Pleadings, Motions & Memos
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Paralegal experience
• Strong PC skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with firm personnel
• High degree of professionalism and punctuality
• Excellent written communication skills including accurate grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Knowledge of litigation documents (preferred)
• Teamwork oriented
• The ability to work independently/sort priorities with minimal direct supervision.
• Bi-Lingual, Spanish Speaking preferred

Salary commensurate with experience. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
