This position offers the opportunity to step into an established defense practice and handle sophisticated matters through trial and arbitration. The role involves managing a diverse civil litigation docket, with an emphasis on complex liability and commercial disputes. Candidates with deep courtroom experience and strong case-management skills will thrive in this environment.

• Active North Carolina law license
• 8+ years of litigation experience
• Proven ability to handle matters from inception through trial and arbitration
• Experience in areas such as:
  • Construction-related disputes
  • Products and professional liability
  • Commercial and business litigation

• Strong writing, advocacy, and independent judgment
• Office-based role with flexibility for remote work as needed
• Collegial setting with meaningful responsibility and client interaction
