Responsibilities
  • Represent clients facing criminal charges in Houston, TX.
  • Negotiate with prosecutors to secure the best possible outcomes.
  • Develop tailored case strategies that address each client’s unique circumstances.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze statutes to build strong defenses.
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, settlements, and other legal documents.
  • Manage a varied caseload with efficiency, ensuring deadlines are met, and client communication remains a top priority.
  • Deliver stellar and consistent client representation and service.
Qualifications
  • Must have a JD degree and hold an active TX law license in good standing.
  • Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in criminal defense or a related field.
  • Strong skills in research, writing, and negotiation are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.
