Description

Boutique California law firm is seeking a senior litigation attorney to join their team on a remote basis. This role will play a crucial role in handling federal court cases and managing matters independently and is well-suited for a candidate with strong analytical, research, and writing skills. This role can be fully remote anywhere in the United States, but this person must hold an ACTIVE CALIFORNIA BAR ADMISSION.

Responsibilities:

- Handle federal court cases, utilizing strong analytical and research skills.

- Conduct independent management of matters requiring legal expertise.

- Work on ERISA delinquent contributions and withdrawal liability cases.

- Apply your background in employment law and financing to relevant cases.

- Defend depositions, showcasing your trial experience.

- Contribute to civil litigation cases, utilizing your experience and skills.

Requirements

- An active California Bar Admission

- Proficient in Civil Litigation

- Extensive Trial Experience

- Ability to Defend Depositions effectively

- Knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits - ERISA is preferred

- Familiarity with Federal Court procedures and regulations
