Paralegal

Position: Paralegal (Permanent)
I am representing a long-standing client, a well-established and respected firm, who is expanding their private crime practice. This client has a proven track record of hiring for growth and developing long-term talent, and they are now seeking a dedicated individual who is committed to qualifying as a solicitor.

This role is ideal for a motivated paralegal or trainee-level candidate looking to build a career in private crime law. The firm is looking for someone who views this as a long-term career move rather than a temporary stepping stone. You will gain hands-on experience in complex cases, supported by a team that values professional growth and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and manage private crime matters under supervision.
Prepare case materials, attend client meetings, and assist with court proceedings.
Progress towards solicitor qualification with structured guidance and mentoring.
Work collaboratively while demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.
Once qualified, the role will require travel across the nation to support client  They’re Looking For:

A candidate committed to qualifying as a solicitor with the firm.
Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Strong interest in private crime law and long-term career development.
