Experience in employment law is also desirable, particularly in advisory and dispute-related matters. - Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation and litigation procedure. Experience handling cases involving possession claims, evictions, lease or tenancy breaches, rent arrears, disrepair, and related housing disputes. It would be desirable to display the ability to advise on employment law issues such as unfair dismissal, redundancy, and workplace disputes. - Case Management
