Probate Case Manager

Senior Probate Case Manager - £27k-£40k DOE, fully remote working but can offer office based if wanted. Location Leicester.

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Review and approve estate accounts.
• Draft, collate and summarise any supporting legal and financial documentation.
• Conduct research where necessary on relevant laws, regulations and legal articles to ensure the accuracy of advice and the procedure.
• Manage an independent case load.
• To work collaboratively as part of a team assisting and mentorship of paralegals.
• Corresponding with solicitors, courts, LR, OPG and other 3rd party companies as appropriate to each case.
• Deal with routine and difficult enquiries effectively and efficiently and ensure that any client complaints are dealt with both professionally and promptly.

• Probate Fee Earner with at least 4 years PQE in probate and estate administration, should be confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions.
• Minimum of 4+ years of running a probate caseload.
• Utilise and maintain case management system.
• Conveyancing experience, sales of properties, management of the client's estate.
• Confident drafting legal documents, statements and decision making.

My client, a successful estate planning team of Legal experts are looking for a Probate Case Manager to join an expanding team. We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of probate casework experience.
