Overview

One of the largest and most long-standing law firms in the Thames Valley area, are currently recruiting a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join their team. They have a large regional presence and have progressed and transformed to retain its personality and values.

Conveyancing caseload and activities

• Independently run a mixed caseload of residential matters, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, freehold and leasehold matters, auctions, lease extensions and new builds

Business development

• Proactive in generating new work from existing clients and seeking new opportunities

Client service and IT

• Provide outstanding service to clients, demonstrate confidence with IT, and work under own initiative

• 3 years + PQE within Residential Conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent client care and client-focused communication skills
• IT literate

• Generous salary plus bonus structure
