We're hiring a number of defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitors across England and Wales at roughly 3 PQE+. These roles are at Associate and Senior Associate level and offer high-quality work, career development and genuine flexibility. You will be working with some of the best lawyers in the country in a team that handles some of the most complex, high profile cases in this sector.

A varied and exciting range of work

The range of work is vast including highly complex clinical negligence cases. In particular, the team handles complex obstetric and neonatal claims including birth injury and surgical error matters.

Flexible approach to PQE

We are ideally looking for candidates with at least 3 PQE and over. You should have proven clinical negligence experience, ideally from a defendant background. Candidates should also present:

• A strong collaborative approach
• Strong drafting, analytical and client-care skills
• The ability the mentor and develop less experienced members of the team depending on the level of PQE.
