A South Yorkshire local authority is seeking a Senior Legal Officer - Planning (Locum) to provide high-quality legal support on complex planning and highways issues. The role includes offering legal advice, drafting Section 106 agreements, and conducting advocacy in courts. Ideal candidates will be qualified solicitors or barristers with strong knowledge of Planning Law, excellent drafting, and advocacy skills. This is a hybrid role with a competitive rate of £50 - £55 per hour, until April 2026.
