Family Lawyer Solicitor or Legal Executive - 3+ Years’ PQE – Greater London (Hybrid Working) JOB :
We are acting on behalf of a highly regarded, multi-office law firm seeking an experienced and well-rounded Family Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) with 3+ years PQE to join their expanding team in Hammersmith. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a firm recognised for excellence across a variety of legal areas.
THE ROLE- Care Proceedings and PLO matters
- Private Law Children
- Domestic Abuse matters, including Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders
- Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
- General family matters, including unmarried couples and cohabitation disputes
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years PQE
- Be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
- Be confident and willing to undertake your own advocacy
- Have an existing following or the ability to generate work
- Be willing to work towards panel accreditation
- Enjoy networking and contributing to business development
- You will be be someone who can hit the ground running
- A solid understanding of legal aid work
- The ability to undertake and develop private-paying work alongside publicly funded matters
