Family Lawyer Solicitor or Legal Executive - 3+ Years’ PQE – Greater London (Hybrid Working) JOB :

We are acting on behalf of a highly regarded, multi-office law firm seeking an experienced and well-rounded Family Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) with 3+ years PQE to join their expanding team in Hammersmith. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a firm recognised for excellence across a variety of legal areas.

THE ROLE
  • Care Proceedings and PLO matters
  • Private Law Children
  • Domestic Abuse matters, including Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders
  • Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
  • General family matters, including unmarried couples and cohabitation disputes
ABOUT YOU
  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years PQE
  • Be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
  • Be confident and willing to undertake your own advocacy
  • Have an existing following or the ability to generate work
  • Be willing to work towards panel accreditation
  • Enjoy networking and contributing to business development
  • You will be be someone who can hit the ground running
  • A solid understanding of legal aid work
  • The ability to undertake and develop private-paying work alongside publicly funded matters
