- Assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate lending transactions, including due diligence, title and survey review, and preparation of closing documents
- Coordinate and manage all phases of the loan closing process, from inception to post-closing
- Review and analyze organizational documents, leases, and other transaction-related materials
- Liaise with clients, title companies, surveyors, and other third parties to ensure seamless transaction execution
- Maintain and organize transaction files, checklists, and closing binders
- Conduct UCC searches and filings, and assist with other regulatory compliance matters
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate lending, preferably at a law firm or financial institution
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, title and survey review, and loan documentation
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
