Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation; Hybrid

Meagher + Geer has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation, including product liability, personal injury, mass torts/toxic torts (asbestos and talc), and construction, to join our team.

• JD from an accredited law school and admitted to the MN bar
• Demonstrated experience handling depositions, including taking and defending them
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
• Proven Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word

• Litigation experience, appellate work, or judicial clerkship.
