This role is designed for a strategic legal professional who has spent the last 5+ years navigating the complexities of corporate restructuring, debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing, and high-stakes creditor negotiations.
While our preference is for a candidate based and licensed in Minnesota to support our local presence, we recognize that true Chapter 11 expertise is a rare commodity. For candidates with an exceptional track record in large-scale corporate bankruptcies, we are prepared to offer significant flexibility regarding remote work and location.
