Associate Attorney

National law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the bankruptcy practice in their Georgia office. This Associate Attorney will be representing creditors in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related litigation. This role offers mentorship from experienced attorneys, a collaborative work environment, and exposure to a growing client base. Ideal for attorneys starting in bankruptcy or looking to expand their experience.

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on bankruptcy procedures, filings, and local requirements
• Review filings, draft pleadings, motions, objections, orders, and client communications
• Attend hearings, settlement conferences, and other court appearances
• Ensure compliance with applicable law and firm policies
• Maintain client communication and elevate matters as needed

• Active licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia
• 1+ years’ experience in creditor representation or bankruptcy preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with ability to work in a high-volume environment

This position offers a fully remote work environment outside of court appearances.
