Civil Litigation Attorney (Insurance Defense / Liability) - 100% Remote! - NY / NJ - 130k - to 180k
Established in the 1980s, the firm has developed a well-regarded civil defense practice, achieving hundreds of defense verdicts and arbitration wins. With a team of more than 40 attorneys across Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, the firm has substantial experience defending automobile and premises liability claims, toxic tort and products liability matters, insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, and healthcare fraud cases.
The firm is known for its work on complex, high-exposure litigation and for overseeing decades-long asbestos litigation on behalf of a major multinational corporation.

Work 100% remote! We also have offices throughout NJ and NY if you prefer hybrid remote work (2-3 days work from home per week - your choice!)
- Manage and oversee a comprehensive caseload from the initial assessment to the final resolution.
- Identify, research, and analyze complex legal issues and conflicting legal opinions.
- Regularly communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel in a way that facilitates case progression and addresses concerns.
- Take and defend depositions, represent clients in arbitration proceedings, and argue motions to secure favorable rulings.
