Family Law​/Divorce Attorney | Fully Remote

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, custody, child support, domestic violence, and related matters.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and court appearances (virtual and in-person as needed).
• Provide strategic counsel and guidance to clients with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with a supportive legal team to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active New Jersey Bar license.
• 5+ years of family law experience preferred.

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $200,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
