Family Law Attorney

Salary: $90,, Annually Depending on Experience

We are dedicated to providing clients with exceptional legal representation in family law matters including divorce, custody, adoption, termination, enforcements, and protective orders. We seek a Family Law Attorney that is seeking a work life balance and a close-knit, team-oriented environment to manage a small and manageable caseload of ~35-40 cases. This candidate will have their own paralegal to support them through all cases.

• Work from home fridays
• 18 total PTO days + 10 firm-observed holidays
• Annual bonus awarded if you meet your billable hour requirement (135 hours/month)

• Managing a caseload of 35 cases and supervising your own Paralegal
• Meeting with and representing clients from discovery to final trial
• Preparing for and attending in-person and virtual meetings and court appearances
• Conducting legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

• A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admitted in Texas
• 2+ years of family law litigation experience
• Eager to go to court - you have found your passion as a Trial Attorney!

• Proficiency with My Case
• An existing book of business
