Inscore Law Corporation is a civil litigation law firm helping individuals and families harmed by the wrongful acts of others to recover money. We focus representing victims of elder abuse, both physical and financial. We also do some consumer protection and class action work.

Inscore Law is seeking a self‑managing, motivated associate attorney. The ideal candidate will be eager to argue motions, depose witnesses, and try cases. Currently, our "office" work is all remote, but in-person appearances at deposition or in courts throughout California may be required.

• Manage and litigate cases from pleadings through trial, post‑merits motions, and collections
• Legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
• Handle discovery, including drafting requests, reviewing responses, and organizing document productions
• Attend court appearances, mediations, depositions, and client meetings
• Support senior attorneys on case strategy, negotiations, and at trial
• Maintain organized files and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate, direct, and support staff

• Active California Bar License in good standing
• 0–4 years of experience in litigation or related practice areas

• Spanish speaking
• Prior experience in a California law firm, practicing elder abuse, personal injury, probate litigation, or consumer protection.
• Familiarity with Clio, Westlaw a plus, but not required.

• Base rate $80,000-$110,000 DOE, plus transparent bonus calculated on earnings
