My client has a need for a Civil Litigation Trial Lawyer that likes dealing with high profile cases, the media, and understands the strategies around premise liability and security services. This is not a volume role-it's a position for an attorney trusted to own outcomes
, guide strategy, and serve as a go-to resource on high‑exposure cases.

• Real authority - You manage cases end‑to‑end with discretion, judgment, and client visibility
• Sophisticated matters - High‑exposure premises and security cases, often with national implications
• Strategic collaboration - Work alongside seasoned litigators across offices, not in silos
• Longevity and stability - A platform built for attorneys who want to settle in, not churn

• Lead complex premises and general liability matters from inception through resolution
• Shape litigation strategy, motion practice, and trial preparation - not just execute tasks
• Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial work as a trusted advocate
• Serve as a primary client contact, providing clear guidance and strategic updates
• Collaborate with a national team while maintaining ownership of your caseload

• Active California Bar admission
• 8+ years of insurance defense / premises / general liability experience
• Trial and dispositive motion experience
• Exposure to negligent security or premises security matters (preferred, not required)
• Strong judgment, writing ability, and confidence operating independently
• Experience managing complex litigation workflows or coordinating matters is a plus
