Remote Family Law Attorney — New Jersey (Hybrid Optional) About the Role

This is a fully remote Family Law Attorney position serving clients across New Jersey. While the role is remote, the firm maintains offices throughout NJ to support hybrid work and in-person client meetings when needed.

• Manage a diverse family law caseload, including divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and related matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and legal correspondence with precision and strategy
• Advocate for clients in hearings and negotiations
• Counsel clients through sensitive, high‑stakes family law issues with empathy and clarity
• Collaborate with partners and support staff to drive case strategy and positive outcomes

• Licensed to practice in New Jersey
• You bring real family law experience (4+ years preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing your docket independently while leaning on a collaborative team

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
