Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

MW Talent is partnering with a respected personal injury law firm to hire an experienced Litigation Attorney licensed in Alabama. This fully remote position is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating with a team in a virtual environment.

This role is well suited for a litigation-focused attorney who enjoys owning cases from start to finish and can effectively manage deadlines, communication, and case strategy while working remotely.

• Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation
• Handle discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery responses, and legal documents
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members remotely
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure case deadlines are met

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Alabama
• 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and trial preparation
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
