A leading global technology company is seeking a Commercial Counsel to manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal regulations. This role involves drafting and reviewing various agreements and providing legal guidance to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctor degree, at least 2 years of legal experience, and excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English is required, with functional knowledge of French considered a plus.

This position may be remote but is based in Toronto, Ontario.
