A creditor's rights law firm is seeking a driven Associate Attorney for its Rhode Island practice. In this role, you will manage litigations related to debt collection, attend court, and handle various attorney tasks. Ideal candidates will have a JD and bar admission in Rhode Island, with 0-2 years of litigation experience. Familiarity with Bankruptcy Law, Foreclosure Law, and the FDCPA is preferred.

This is primarily a remote office-based position with a flexible Monday to Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits including healthcare and a retirement program.
