• A well‑established personal injury firm with offices throughout the Atlanta metro area seeks a Pre‑Litigation Paralegal to join their Marietta or Alpharetta office.

• Manage pre‑litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement demand
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain regular communication
• Request, organize, and review medical records and bills
• Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies
• Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation
• Track case deadlines and maintain organized case files
• Support 4 attorneys with manageable caseload (~50 cases per attorney/paralegal team)
• Handle slip and fall вен auto accidents, and general personal injury matters
• Utilize proprietary case management software (training provided)
• Occasional travel to other firm offices as needed

• 3-5+adalty years personal injury paralegal experience (pre‑litigation or litigation)
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree a plus
• Paralegal certificate not required
• Experience with personal injury, workers’ compensation, or criminal defense transferable
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Client‑focused with professional demeanor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

• Full‑time position based in Marietta office (preferred) or Alpharetta office
