Our team has extensive experience handling EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1, H-1B, L-1, E-2, and EB-5 cases, with offices in Houston, Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Over the past year, we have successfully closed 200+ immigration cases and are rapidly expanding our U.S. legal team.
We are now seeking a Licensed Immigration Attorney to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-centered legal services.
3>- Independently manage the full lifecycle of immigration cases, including legal strategy, petition review, and signing legal opinion letters.
- Review and approve application materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with USCIS requirements.
- Supervise and mentor paralegals and junior team members in preparing supporting documents and submissions.
- Audit client-provided evidence, provide interview preparation, and draft formal legal opinions.
- Participate in client-facing events such as webinars, seminars, podcasts, or video sessions to support business development and client education.
- Collaborate with the managing partner to develop internal quality control standards, best practices, and training protocols.
- Stay current with USCIS policy updates, case law, and immigration trends to ensure legal strategies are effective and compliant.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and client acquisition teams to improve service delivery and maintain a high approval rate.
- Active U.S. Bar license (any state required; NY or TX preferred)
- JD or LLM from an accredited U.S. law school
- Minimum 2+ years of full-time immigration practice experience
- Proven track record with 10+ successfully handled cases (EB-1A, NIW, O-1 preferred)
- Ability to independently sign legal opinion letters and review case filings
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Prefer bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, client-focused, and a strong team player
- Competitive base salary $80,000–$100,000/year (USD 6,000–10,000/month, based on experience and case volume)
