Senior Property Lawyer – Conveyancing Team Leader​/Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Property Lawyer to step into a leadership role as a Conveyancing Team Leader / Supervisor. This position offers full flexibility with the choice of hybrid or fully remote working, giving you the work/life balance you deserve. You will oversee a team of 10 staff (a mix of fee earners and support staff) while handling a manageable caseload.

The firm caps lawyers at no more than 70 files, ensuring quality of work and reducing burnout. Alongside this, you will benefit from a lucrative bonus scheme, allowing you to be well rewarded during busy periods.

Managing and supervising a conveyancing team, providing ongoing advice and support.

Handling your own caseload of residential property files, including:

• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Property transactions from instruction to completion
• Ensuring compliance with the full residential conveyancing process.
