Corporate Associate Attorney

RMWBH is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join the firm's established and growing corporate and securities practice. As part of the corporate and securities team, our attorneys routinely handle a variety of complex matters including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, recapitalizations, finance, entity structuring and formation, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and private offerings of securities.

The candidate should have at least three years of experience in some or all of these areas. Corporate and securities experience for real Adele investment companies is a plus but not required.
