Role Description
This is a full-time Litigation Paralegal position located in Pensacola, FL, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for a mix of in-office and remote work. The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in managing complex litigation cases by preparing legal documents, conducting research, and supporting the creation and filing of pleadings and motions. Additional responsibilities include organizing and reviewing case documents and ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and preparation of Pleadings and Motions
- Strong skills in Document Review and organization
- Experience and capability in Legal Research
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a legal team
- Proficiency in legal software and case management tools is desirable
- Prior experience in litigation or a law firm is an advantage
- Paralegal certification or relevant education preferred
