Associate Attorney | Litigation & Business Law

In this role, you will manage complex litigation and business matters from inception to resolution. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Litigation Leadership: Draft high-level pleadings, motions, and discovery. You will be the face of the firm in depositions and confidently represent clients in court and mediations.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to businesses, providing counsel on compliance, corporate structure, and long-term strategy.
• Transactional Excellence: Draft and negotiate sophisticated contracts and agreements, assisting with entity formation and corporate governance.
• Deal Support: Play a key role in mergers, acquisitions, and other pivotal business transactions.

• The Credentials: An Active California law license is required.

  Experience:
  
  A minimum of 3+ years of relevant legal experience in litigation and/or business law.
• The Skillset: Exceptional legal writing, research, and advocacy skills. You should be as comfortable drafting a complex motion as you are negotiating a settlement.
