Associate Attorney – Medical Malpractice Litigation

The Atlanta, Georgia office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing Medical Malpractice litigation team in their Atlanta, Georgia home office. This is an exciting opportunity to practice with a national Med Mal defense leader, learn from highly experienced litigators, participate in case strategy and development, and both interact with and develop clients.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of civil litigation experience. Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred. Candidates must be active members of the Georgia Bar in good standing. Salary Range: $115k-125k depending on experience (plus benefits).
