Senior Staff Attorney – General Liability (Remote)

Base pay range: $100.00/hr - $150.00/hr

Fully remote position handling cases in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Collaborate with Claims Professionals in a learning‑focused environment to deliver high‑quality legal services to insured clients.

• Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct thorough legal research.
• Develop and execute defense strategies independently on behalf of clients.
• Draft and manage complex pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and depositions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, claims teams, courts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Efficiently manage and resolve assigned caseloads.
• Prepare and present witnesses and evidence at hearings and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

• Minimum 7 years of legal experience in general liability and/or auto litigation.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
• New Hampshire license is a plus.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
