We are working with a highly regarded upbeat law firm that is expanding its remote residential conveyancing team due to continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled conveyancer who can manage a full caseload independently and is comfortable working in a fully digital, paperless environment.

• Handling your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Working autonomously with support from a well‑structured remote team
• Using industry‑leading case management systems to deliver a smooth client experience
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Paralegal)
• Confident managing a full caseload of freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership matters
• Strong communication and client caring skills
• Ability to thrive in a remote working environment with excellent self‑management
