Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Business/Corporate/Transactional Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10‑20 hours per week.
Attorney Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant practice areas
- High‑level drafting/reviewing of contractual agreements / operating agreements
- Experience with business formation, partnerships, tax optimization, trademark
- Well‑organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self‑starter and able to work independently
Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
