An opportunity has arisen for a detail‑oriented and proactive Legal Cashier to join a prestigious law firm, renowned for its comprehensive legal services across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This role offers the chance to contribute significantly to the financial operations within the Housing Management & Property Litigation department.

• Prepare and issue client invoices as per billing schedules and requirements.
• Process and issue credit notes and liaise with fee earners for accurate billing.
• Investigate and resolve billing and invoice queries efficiently.
• Manage disbursement balances, ensuring timely allocation and recovery.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance or accounts within a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules and legal billing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with legal finance systems like Elite or Aderant is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
