We have a solid foundation in civil litigation with hundreds of defense verdicts and arbitration awards, specializing in auto liability, premise liability, toxic tort, products liability, bad faith/coverage, and healthcare fraud cases. The firm is recognized for prosecuting complex civil RICO claims with multi‑million dollar verdicts and managing asbestos litigation for a large multinational company for more than three decades.

Job Duties- Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case‑related documents
- Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel
- Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions
- Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions
- NY bar (must be licensed in NY and/or NJ)
- Recent experience with general liability and/or auto bodily injury
