Fully remote within California. Bay Area attorneys strongly preferred for court appearances as needed.

This role requires a California-licensed Family Law Attorney with 5+ years of direct family law experience. Candidates must be comfortable handling court appearances, including Bay Area courts when required.

Our client is an established California family law practice experiencing rapid growth and high client demand. They are known for high-quality advocacy, strong client relationships, and a practical approach to resolving complex family law matters while litigating when necessary.

• Handle a full family law caseload from intake through resolution
• Represent clients in divorce, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, and domestic violence matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, and settlement agreements
• Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively in contested matters
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Manage cases independently in a remote work environment

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 5+ years of California family law experience
• Strong litigation, motion, and court appearance experience
• Excellent legal writing and client communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines remotely
