With a strong reputation for client advocacy and results, the firm is seeking an experienced Business & Real Estate Litigator (Of Counsel) licensed in Colorado
.
This role is an excellent fit for a seasoned litigator or small/solo practitioner who wants to maintain professional independence while gaining access to supplemental caseload support. The firm provides a robust infrastructure, administrative resources, and a consistent client pipeline—allowing attorneys to focus on practicing law within a flexible Of Counsel structure.
Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in business and real estate disputes, including contract, partnership, and property-related litigation
- Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy
- Provide strategic legal counsel and develop effective litigation strategies
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-level client service
- Licensed attorney in Colorado
- 8–10 years of civil litigation experience with an emphasis on business and real estate matters
- Strong trial, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment
