- Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions
- Collaborate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Analyze and evaluate complex factual and legal issues
- Contribute to trial and arbitration preparation (motions, briefs, exhibits, witness prep)
- 3–5+ years of litigation experience (insurance or ERISA a plus)
- Strong writing, research, and analytical
skills - Motivated self-starter who thrives in a remote, team-oriented setting
- Active California Bar
