We are seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney to join our practice, with a primary focus on trademark infringement, unfair competition, and TRO‑driven enforcement actions.
A significant portion of this role involves handling emergency relief matters, including Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs) and preliminary injunctions, in U.S. federal courts. The position also includes frequent collaboration on cross‑border (U.S.–China) matters and is ideal for an attorney seeking long‑term depth in IP litigation and injunctive relief.
Key Responsibilities- Handle intellectual property litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on TROs and emergency injunctive relief, including trademark infringement and unfair competition claims
- Draft and file time‑sensitive TRO applications, supporting declarations, evidentiary exhibits, and legal memoranda
- Appear in court for TRO hearings, injunction proceedings, oral arguments, and procedural conferences
- Assist with rapid evidence development, infringement investigations, and enforcement‑focused litigation strategy
- Work directly with U.S. and international clients and coordinate with overseas counsel on urgent enforcement actions
- Advise clients on litigation risk, injunctive strategy, and settlement options
- Active Bar admission in any U.S. state (state not limited)
- Intellectual property–related practice background; IP litigation and TRO / injunctive relief experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with U.S. federal court procedures, particularly emergency relief proceedings
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills under tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple urgent matters efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred
Admission to one or more U.S. federal district courts is a plus
