Position Summary: Our client, a nationally recognized AmLaw firm, is seeking an experienced Conflicts Attorney to join its Risk Management team. The role focuses on reviewing and resolving conflicts of interest related to new clients, matters, and lateral hires, drafting and reviewing waivers and engagement letters, reviewing outside counsel guidelines, and implementing ethical walls while advising attorneys and firm leadership on risk issues.

• Review and resolve conflicts of interest related to new clients, matters, and lateral hires.
• Draft and review waivers, engagement letters, and outside counsel guidelines.
• Implement ethical walls and advise attorneys and firm leadership on risk issues.

• 3+ years of large law firm experience in conflicts, risk management, or compliance.
• JD and active bar admission.
• Strong knowledge of professional responsibility rules and experience with conflicts systems and legal research tools.

• Remote position; candidates must reside in CA, CT, DE, DC, FL, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TX, or VA.

$150,000–$170,000 per year, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
