- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
- Manage case files, including organizing discovery, medical records, and court filings
- Assist in trial preparation and deposition summaries
- Conduct legal research related to PI and Med Mal cases
- Handle calendaring, e-filing, and docketing deadlines in Florida courts
- Maintain regular communication with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and court staff
- Minimum 10 years of paralegal experience in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice (Florida cases required)
- Strong understanding of Florida legal procedures and court systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision a true self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with legal software and remote communication tools (Clio, MyCase, etc., a plus)
- Highly organized and proactive with a take-the-lead attitude
