We are currently seeking a full-time Benefits Representative to join our Springfield office. This client-facing role is key to delivering an exceptional experience for those we serve. You’ll work closely with clients over the phone, perform behind-the-scenes administrative tasks, and support our mission of client-centered advocacy.

This position requires a combination of:

• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Strong administrative abilities
• Compassion, empathy, and attention to detail

• Monitoring assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Contacting clients and the Social Security Administration regarding payment status
• Engaging in high-volume phone communication
• Negotiating payment plans and payoff timelines
• Handling client questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
• Updating account statuses and maintaining accurate database records
• Building positive relationships with clients and internal team members

• Strong administrative fundamentals
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Self-motivated with a high level of productivity
• Empathetic and client-focused mindset
