Axiom, the leading provider of on‑demand legal talent globally, is seeking a Real Estate Legal Consultant with 3+ years of real estate transactions experience.
Responsibilities- Drafting and reviewing contracts for property transactions
- Advising on real estate transactions, zoning and land use regulations, and potential risks
- Negotiating terms and conditions of real estate transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage business‑critical matters such as volume lease renewals, large scale projects (e.g., Retail store upgrades), agreement amendments, asset management work, construction/professional appointment agreements and lease transactions (with a focus on lower risk deals in existing larger markets such as Greater China and Australia).
- This role would provide dedicated legal support to key stakeholders, ensuring timely and consistent delivery across the portfolio.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Confident communicator. Manages demanding workload with poise and positive outlook.
- A strong understanding of property law and relevant regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Experience in volume lease renewals, large scale projects (e.g., Retail store upgrades), agreement amendments, asset management work, construction/professional appointment agreements and lease transactions.
