Our client is seeking a senior level Corporate and M&A attorney to join a dynamic and collaborative corporate transactions group.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including stock and asset purchase agreements, ancillary acquisition agreements, employment agreements, NDAs, limited liability company agreements, stockholder agreements, and corporate governance materials
• Coordinate closely with internal team members, clients, and opposing counsel to manage transactions and ensure deadlines are met

• Six to eight years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities, with regular client and opposing counsel interaction
• A positive, team oriented attorney who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys managing multiple matters while continuing to expand their skill set

• 1,800 billable hour requirement
• Base salary range of $240,000 to $290,000 per year
• $2,500 annual business development budget
• Hybrid work schedule with up to three days per week work from home
