We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property (Patent) Transactions Attorney. This position is ideal for a legal professional with a strong background in patent acquisition, licensing, and litigation funding, as well as corporate structuring for IP transactions. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with extensive experience in high-stakes patent transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex patent-related transactions, including acquisitions, licensing, and litigation funding deals.
- Provide strategic legal counsel on IP transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on sophisticated IP matters and business structuring.
- Negotiate and draft agreements related to patent rights and technology transactions.
Must-Haves:
- Education:
Juris Doctor from a Top 30 law school (no bottom 50% of class, GPA 3.0+) - Law Firm
Experience:
At least 3–8 years at a Top 200 AM Law firm - This is a Partial remote,Work from home 3 days per week opportunity
