About the RoleWe are partnering with a growing plaintiff-side employment law firm seeking an Employment Law Attorney with strong experience in wage & hour and class action litigation
. This role offers the opportunity to work fully remotely within California while handling high-impact cases on behalf of employees.
The ideal candidate is passionate about plaintiff advocacy, comfortable owning matters, and experienced in managing cases from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Handle plaintiff-side employment law matters, with a focus on wage & hour and class/representative actions
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Work closely with clients, experts, and co-counsel
- Assist in developing case strategy from pre-litigation through trial (as applicable)
- Stay current on California and federal employment law developments
- 3–10 years of experience practicing plaintiff-side employment law
- Strong experience with wage & hour class actions
- Active and good-standing California Bar license
- Solid litigation skills, including motion practice and discovery
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with PAGA and class certification matters
- Trial, arbitration, or evidentiary hearing experience
- Background working in a fast-paced plaintiff-side practice
- Fully remote role within California

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $250,000
. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
